Dr. Gbenga Adeoye is the founder and principal partner of GLP. The firm was set up to Help Foreign Direct Investment flow to Nigeria, Business Set up, Property Consultancy, Corporate Legal Services and trainings among others.

Dr Adeoye is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Apart from Law, he is also an expert in Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, Arbitration, Criminology, Banking & Finance & Strategic Management.

Dr. Gbenga Adeoye Studied for his Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) at Babcock University. He also holds a Master of Science Degree (M.Sc.) in Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago Iwoye, Ogun State. He is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI). He is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Consultants (FCIMC). With over 24 years' experience and deep understanding that Commercial Transactions and Contract disputes are better resolved through arbitration, Conciliation and mediation, he studied further to become an expert in ADR and thus became an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of United Kingdom and Nigeria (ACIArb).

He is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Mediators & Conciliators (ACIMC). He holds a Distinction in Time Management Certification from London Graduate School and a Diploma in Criminology and Security Studies from Babcock University. He holds a master's degree in Law (LLM) with merit from the University of London where he specializes in International Business Law with focus on UK Taxation, Carriage of Goods by sea, World Trade Law, International Business regulations and treaties, Trade aspect of Intellectual Property among other key areas of world trade.

He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School in Boston, United State of America where he studied Building New Businesses in Established Organizations along with Strategic Managers and CEO's from different nations of the world in 2011. He was the only one that sponsored himself among the 3 Nigerians that were admitted for the programme. He is also an alumnus of York Entrepreneurship Development Institute (YEDI) of Canada.
